As we all know, 2018 is approaching very quickly. We’ve all heard people say to go big or go home, dream big, reach for the stars. These are motivational methods to help you achieve your highest potential. “The number one advice I can give to anything trying to reach and set goals would be to write it down. Writing it down creates an emphasis. It’s set somewhere, not just your mind. It helps you focus on the first step, to move forward on the next,” says Hannah Wolosek, managing director of Top Tier Manhattan. Over time you will learn that having a plan to achieve your goals is the best chance for success. By blindfolded just following something in your mind that isn’t set in stone is not the best way to approach anything.
It’s time for a change as the year comes to an end. “It’s time to take matters into your own hands and make sure that you’re pushing the boundaries of what you want in life,’ says Hannah Wolosek, managing director of Top Tier Manhattan. Once we set that first step down on paper or somewhere solid, we know what to do next. What should the next step towards achieving this goal be? As you move forwards this, you will learn to implement other factors or tweak out certain things to perfect the steps. “Also, know the adversity is a part of life. It’s inevitable, but staying true to what you want, will help you push forward,” says Hannah Wolosek of Top Tier Manhattan.
Lastly, research indicates that writing down goals is the most helpful technique when it comes to reaching them. Sometimes you just need a ‘do it now’ attitude to accomplish what you want. It’s never too late. Always embody your student mentality and keep learning new things. Your dreams matter, your goals matter. You decide what you want, and you are the only one standing in the way of it. “Make sure you reach your dreams because as the years go by, you don’t want to be left with regrets of not doing so sooner. Let 2018 be the year for you, and make it happen,” says Hannah Wolosek of Top Tier Manhattan.
